Life is nothing but a place to express fake feelings. Everybody acts and never forgets to act. It is unbelievably tough to find a genuine person these days. Comparisons are at the peak always. People never live their own life. Their life depends upon others life that they come accross in their day to day life. Relatives always top the comparisons chart. There are so many fake voices and expressions. For instance, say you want to or bought a house. The talk goes like this.
You : Hey i just bought a house.
Mr. Pugai : Hey great. Congrats!! Where did you buy.
You : I bought at this place.
Mr. Pugai : Oh really thats good. But i heard the schools are not that good in that area. Did you check it out. Mr.Pugai gets some breathing when saying this.
You : Oh yeah. i checked that. The system was meant to be bad before but it is now getting better.
Mr.Pugai : Pugai could not take that. With a sad voice. Ohh is it so. Then its go od. (good breaks here)
You : Yeah. Knowing this you add more fire. Infact this a totally new home. The builder gave lots of upgrades. Please come to visit.
Mr.Pugai : Really. What kind of upgrades. (Mr.Pugai gets his pugai upgraded now :).
You : Well so many. They gave all the appliances , recessed lightings and granite tops all across the kitchen etc.,
Mr.Pugai : Hey thats fantastic. But what price you bought it for. (Finally cathcing up his thirst for knowing the price)
You : I paid 400k for it.
Mr.Pugai : Wow. Thats pretty pricey.(Mr.pugais last hope to confuse You)
You : Why do you say that.
Mr.Pugai : Because when i bought it was only 260k and within one year i dont think the price appreciated so much.
You : You is getting worried now. Hmmm but this is a brand new home with so many upgrades right. (You is sad at this point)
Mr.Pugai : Mr.Pugai is little happy that he finally was able to drive the spirits down on You. Yeah because, you can easily get these upgrades done yourself for 20k. Its just that they add and put a big tag on it.
You : I dont think so. Thats the market price right now for any new home. Yours is cheaper becasue it was a 25 year home. (You is happy when saying 25yrs :)
Mr.Pugai : Hmmm Pugais Pugai is at height now. Well anyways thats cool man. congrats again and i'll come down to visit.
Conversation ends. The next big discussion starts :
Hey padma(Pugais wife). You vandu veedu vaangi irukaanaam.
Padma very very busy at kitchen comes running. hey apdiya enna.. Evlovaaaaaaaaam??
You : 400 k
Padma : Wow. Super la. Evlo old.
You : You is embarassed. New home aam
Padma : Unga kitta padichu padichu sonnaen. Naamalum New home vaangalaamnu.
Mr.Pugai and Padma live happily ever after and it goes like this all across...
