Makkalae, eppadi irukeenga? I've been hybernating for so many months but just wanted to keep my blog active atleast with some few posts. Aging maadhiri, blogging also gets hit with changes in life. Enna panradhu. Anyways, I've setup a Home Studio for recording professional audio and its just a simple start from a rookie :) I'm trying to first produce the kind of clarity in vocals that we used to hear in commercial records and it seems like with the right software and plugin effects, it is astonishingly possible. I'm now using the software called Pro Tools which is the leader in Music Industry to produce and master music.

Hear my first recording of the song Raasathi(from Thiruda Thiruda), one of A.R.Rehmans inspiring number of the past. Since there are no instruments used in the song, I've tried both the lead vocal and the harmony myself. Ofcourse, I did not take too much time to give a perfect take in vocal but its the first move which is always exciting with that "lets do it quick" attitude.
