Tintu had no knowledge about Carnatic music and was so eager to learn the basics. Obviously, he wanted to go to a class and practise a lot. Tintu heard about the best Music Guru (Ragavachari) around the city and went to meet the guru to ask him take classes for him. People already advised that the Guru is highly short tempered and can get mad at times. They also told him that the Guru is also very jovial and comments about cinema actresses a lot. Tintu already assumed to think something else hearing that.
The classes started and the guru was first asking him to take a deep breadth and start with what he was saying. Saaa Raee Gaaa Maaa Paaa Daaa Neee Saaa. Paaadu he said. Tintu was very happy that he knows this song and sang like Saregamae Paada Nee Sae and added with more like "Mathiyose thats what we say". Guruji face turned like red hot iron and shouted at Tintu saying Moodevi. Naan enna paadinaen nee enna paadina. Tintu was saying that he already knows that song. Guruji went crazy and shouted at him again saying that this is not a song and this is the base for any song. Tintu felt real bad in front of all the students next to him. The guru also realized that hes pouncing on him the very first day. Guruji wanted to change the topic and asked another student Gopal who wears the soda buddi, to switch the TV on. There was a song going on with Ramba and Devayani in it. It was the song "Malligayae Malligayae Malayidum mannavan yaar sollu". Guruji asked, hey gopal, Anda song ethanai kattai. Gopal answered 4 kattai and Tintu laughed loud thinking that the Guruji is shifting to the fun mood and replies instantly saying, Poada Gopal, anda songla 2 kattai. Illaya Guruji. Guruji hearing it to be the right answer was asking, eppadi Tintu kandu pidicha.
Guruji had his dinner and went to bed. Not able to sleep, a recap went on his mind and suddenly it struck him with what Tintu said, Anda Song(la) 2 kaatai. The guruji said to himself, "Anda song 2 kattai daanae sollanum"
