Gowtham Menon, the most sought out director in kollywood is very happy tasting the success of his recent big hit, Vettayadu Vilayadu. His stance in the industry is already very big with just 3 movies made. That says his potential and is keen on making his mark stay forever. No doubt, he is going to be recognized as the next most respected director after Manirathnam and Shankar.
Pachai kili Muthucharam is the name given for his upcoming movie, which casts Sarath Kumar in the lead role and obviously his favorite heroine Jyothika is also in it. Milind Soman from Bombay has been given the Villain role. The movie was named Silandhi before and i had a serious feeling that the title is going to be changed. Gowtham seems to be very fond of giving a title to his movies and has a style which was emminent in Khakka Khakka and Vettayadu Vilayadu. That is all proved with his next movie, "Pachai Kili Muthucharam". His approach to hold a very good title looks like a dedication to Tamil language and i'm happy about it. The new title is actually derived from a MGR's song. Sarath himself being a big fan of MGR would have approved the title in no time. This is also going to be Sarath Kumar's 101th film.

The unit remains the same with Harris Jeyaraj and Editor Anthony being the usuals. But the Camera work is handled by Aravind Krishna( Selvaraghavan's man) this time. The movie is planned to be released this Christmas.
